Stefanie Dailey is a seasoned sales consultant with over a decade of experience in the aesthetics and plastic surgery industry. Having spent 15+ years in sales and as a Patient Care Coordinator in both facial and general plastic surgery practices, she brings an insider’s perspective on what truly drives patient conversion, trust, and long-term loyalty.

Today, she draws from that experience to help aesthetic and medical practices increase revenue through intentional, relationship-driven sales strategies. Her unique approach blends emotional intelligence with proven sales techniques, and is centered on trust, transparency, and emotional connection. She works closely with practices to develop customized consultation flows that feel authentic—not transactional—resulting in higher conversion rates and stronger long-term patient loyalty. An avid animal lover, Stefanie is the proud mom of her tuxedo cat, Koko, and regularly volunteers at a cat rescue. When she’s not helping practices grow, you’ll likely find her in a hot yoga class, or reading her favorite author, Barbara O’Neal’s books in Central Park.
